Position: *Senior .Net Developer* Location:* El Segundo, CA* Duration: Long Term *Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities* Software Development 1. Design, develop, test, and deploy code for ASM's technology platforms 2. Work on a team of software developers, business analysts and testers 3. Share acquired skills/knowledge with team members and mentor junior engineers as necessary 4. Actively contribute new ideas and programming concepts to the team 5. Develop and maintain services, business objects /APIs on .NET and SQL server platform 6. Create and maintain technical documents Stakeholder Management 1. Gather and convert Business Requirements into Functional Designs and Wireframes 2. Provide recommended solutions for complex business problems End User Support 1. Triage and troubleshoot issues with users 2. Support user training and onboarding activities *Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications* Education Level: *(Required):* Bachelor's Degree *o*r equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: Computer Science or comparable major 1. 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET, Java/J2EE 2. Experience working with business clients or customers 3. Experience with multiple phases of the SDLC *Skills, Knowledge and Abilities* 1. Ability to read and understand technical documents written in English, with good communication skills on email and phone conferences 2. Ability to share knowledge and expertise with other software engineers 3. Strong analytical thinking and problem 4. Good knowledge of related technologies such as WPF, ASP.NET, SQL, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Subversion, Hibernate, Spring is a plus 5.
