Please let me know if have any suitable consultant available for below position, and you can share updated resume along with rate & contact details at sshee...@aclatinc.net *Position: Business Analyst* *Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 7 months Contract* **upon offer, candidates must complete a background check** *Top 3 skills needed for this role:* *Need 9+ exp* 1.)Proven track record in documenting and maintaining Business user requirements including process flows using Excel, Visio and Word 2.)Proven track record in documenting and maintaining User Acceptance Test (UAT) test plans, test cases/scripts in Excel, Quality Center and Word 3.)Proven track record in executing UAT, defect management using Quality Center and UAT Test Status reporting *Responsibilities:* - Create and maintain business deliverables (Requirements, process/work flows etc) - Create and maintain detailed UAT plans, test scenarios/ test cases/ scripts - Identify, communicate and facilitate timely resolution on testing defects and other risks and issues - Facilitate documenting and communicating changes to the project manager - Support defect management using established tools and process (entering defects, follow up etc) - Create a distribute regular reports on UAT results, metrics and status - Create final UAT test summary and facilitate approval - Identify, document and coordinate test data needs, test data set up, data migration needs etc - Support UAT execution and results tracking as needed - Facilitates team discussion, captures actions items and follows up until closed. - Develops process flows, data flows and business rules, as necessary. - Documents business functional, non-functional, and project requirements and assumptions. - Works with other stakeholder groups to ensure effective requirements and participation including service, compliance, legal, marketing, field organization and technology, etc. - Liaison with client and Vendor (where applicable) to refine requirements and assumptions. - Aligns to content of final project document deliverables indicated with sign-off. - Monitor tracking of issues and Project Change Requests (PCRs). - Participate in developing and executing the project plan for one or more workstreams - Escalate obstacles to Project Manager in a timely manner - Communicate effectively up and down the project's heirachy and to stake holders - Adhere to client project standards/methodologies *Required:* - 5+ years’ recent experience as a Business Analyst - Proven experience as a User Acceptance Tester and lead (UAT) working as part of an end user Business team. (not enough to have just System Analysis, technical System and Integration testing experience). - Proven experience eliciting requirements from end users, and documenting operational work flows/process flows - Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex vendor package implementation projects - Proven attention for detail with the ability to translate for the business or technology in order to facilitate effective collaboration. - Demonstrated proficiency with requirement, testing and process tools (e.g. HP Quality Center, Visio, word, Excel, etc) - Proven analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills, - Proven ability to influence, communicate and interact with people of all levels across the organization and external partners as required. - Demonstrated proficiency in effectively influencing decision making at various levels of the organizations. - BA and/or BS in Business, Finance, mathematics or related fields. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to gain the confidence and respect of stakeholders.
