Mandatory Requirements: 8 years of Experience Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation 8 years of Requirements analysis and/or system design. 8 years of Strong verbal and written skills with all levels of an organization including line staff up to Executive staff 8 years of Organizing and leading program areas through all phases of a project life cycle. 8 years of Skilled in change management and change readiness practices 8 years of Preparation of technical and functional requirements on single and across multiple projects; and/or multiple work streams on large projects. 8 years of Success at managing resources in a mixed functional and matrixed project environment 8 years of Skilled in managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.
