*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:*
Primarily responsible for Database Engineering utilizing C programming.
*KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:*
- Data base expertise required (Designing a complicated MYSQL
application - Web page development is too light.)
- or MariaDB language API to MYSQL.)
- DB Connection pooling
- Server configuration experience in a resource constrained
environment
- Analysis of DB layout and queries
- Understanding of Embedded Systems
- Knowledge of cross-compilers.
- Understands limits and capabilities of embedded systems
- Understands embedded software tools.
- Working knowledge of Multi-threaded programming required.
- Preferably pthread programming environment
- Knowledge on inter-process communications methods
- Working knowledge of Linux software development environment highly
preferred
- Can use bash command line, Linux desktop environment
- Understands use of gcc compiler, makefiles
