*TITLE: Project Manager* *STATUS: Open * *Duration: 12+ Months* *LOCATION: Bartlesville, OK* *# of Openings: 1* *Requisition Details:* Plan, develop and execute a series of projects to upgrade an existing volumetric accounting application and integrate it with the existing suite of Client applications. Manage project teams and drive project management process involved in delivery of various IT software development and implementation projects for the Client. Work with the volumetric program team to maximize program velocity by closely collaborating where dependencies exist. *Responsibilities:* - Lead project teams and drive successful delivery of IT project efforts - Develop schedule and cost plans that support the business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project deliverables - Drive day-to-day execution of the overall project delivery process, including coaching cross-functional teams and leading team meetings to ensure activity plans are being executed - Prepare and conduct periodic project status reports to update project governance teams and executive management regularly on progress, risks and issues - Prepare monthly project status updates and capital forecasts per established processes - Manages project execution to achieve project deliverables within the established schedule and budget - Provides direction, oversight and coaching to team members - Reviews deliverables prepared by other project team members to assure quality *Required Qualifications* *· **9-10 years of overall experience.* · 3-5+ years of IT software Project Management experience - Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and analytical skills. - Proven ability to drive project planning and execution process and add value beyond just a task oriented doer or project manager - Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC) - Proven ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly evolving environment - Bachelor’s Degree required *Preferred Qualifications* - 2+ years vended application implementation - 2+ years Agile Scrum Master experience - Oil and gas industry experience, particularly Midstream Regards, Lavanya SYSTEL INC Phone : 678-250-9846 Email:lavan...@systelinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
