Position: Configuration Management (Serena Dimension) Duration: 6+ Months Location: NYC, NY Rate: $60/Hr on C2C *NOTE; NO OPTs, Required Visa COPY for submission MUST* *Job Description:* Microfocus Serena Dimension CM Typical Responsibilities for Serena Dimensions CM SME/Support SME Responsibilities: • CM Administration • Control Plan development • Control Plan Upgrades • Developing Dimensions Triggers • Data Migrations • Customized Interface Development • Customized Training • Customized Reports • Dimensions Demos • Developing the best CM solution based on requirements Support Responsibilities: • Day-to-Day Dimensions CM Support • Dimensions CM Upgrades • Dimensions CM Problem resolution • New Product Implementations • New User accounts and role assignments • User training • Prepare weekly/monthly reports *Other Responsibilities* Backup support for HP QC & ALM Backup support on other tools/testing and integration as needed Provide support & work with AIG IT teams on any maintenance activities for Dimensions server OS & DB upgrades/patches on OS & DB Skills Expert knowledge of Dimensions CM Dimensions CM Administration Expert knowledge of Dimensions CM Admin Console , CM Desktop Client, CM Web Client, Expert knowledge of Advanced Dimensions utilities (DMCLI, DMPMCLI, PDIFF, API) Knowledge & Ability to work with Windows, Unix, Oracle, SQL, Visual Basic, Java, C++ Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies (CMII, ITIL, Agile) Knowledge of Quality Assurance practice Knowledge on Integration Tools with CM (Serena SBM, Rally, other ) High level of communication skills and a team player.
