*US Citizen and Green Card OnlyInterview Process: Two Step Interview Process* *Requirement:*Broker testing experience is a must 6+ years of Broker experience 6+ years of QA experience Hands on experience with three tier architecture testing (db, app and web server) Experience in developing Broker Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios and test metrics at the broker/individual test scenario level as well as a test case level Hands on SQL experience Proven expertise in managing unplanned work as well as shortened testing cycles Experience using test management tools Experience using defect tracking and source control systems Strong technical foundation in web based applications Strong written and verbal skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated abilities to successfully document and communicate testing artifacts and issues to all levels of staff (technical and non-technical) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a changing environment Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating initiative and using good business judgment Ability to maintain effective working relationships with a diverse workforce Scrum/Agile experience Confident not afraid to be challenged Broad technical vocabulary (i.e. knows what the developers are talking about) Excellent verbal communication and influencing skills ------------------------------ Regards: Amer Ali - Sr.IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
