Automation QA Lead- Contract To Hire
Location: Columbus, OH-Local Only Duration: 6-12 Month Contact To Hire Visa: GC, EAD GC, or U.S. Citizens Only. (Must be able to convert to FTE without needing visa sponsorship) Interview: Phone/ Skype. In Person If Local *Candidates MUST have a proven background with work references.* *Comm Skills MUST be EXCELLENT* *Position Title:* QA Automation Lead *Required Skills:* Must have at least 3 years of Automated Testing using Ruby Must have experience in a QA Lead role Must past experience with manual QA testing Must have created different automation frameworks Must have experience creating a test plan from scratch Experience designing and executing test cases and scripts Strong attention to detail and proven experience validating data for accuracy Must feel comfortable interfacing with all parties on project team daily including PMs, developers, business stakeholders in daily team meetings Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must be comfortable with making decisions Experience working in an environment where requirements can change throughout the project thus changing test cases and being comfortable and flexible with such change *Desired Skills: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Industry recognized certification in QA testing practices or SDLC is a plus *Description of Role/Responsibilities:* This is an exciting opportunity for a QA Automation Lead to join an organization that is revamping their technology stack. This person will be the Lead to 4 other automation testers and be responsible for creating different automation frameworks. Ideal candidates will also feel comfortable voicing when Ruby is the best option but also explaining when it might make sense to utilize manual testing or other technologies.
