Position : Business Analyst with ServiceNow Location : Sunnyvale, CA Duration : 6+ Months *Interview Phone / F2F must* *Visa: EAD/Green Card / US Citizen Only* *Location Pre* Need Local or nearby candidates only* *Skills and Experience Required:* - *Seeking Business Analyst candidates who have experience with the ServiceNow platform for an on-going implementation/updating project.* - 7-10 years’ experience as a techno-functional Business Analyst, or Developer with strong functional skills - Solid foundational understanding of ServiceNow as a product/platform, able to hit the ground running in requirements gathering for ServiceNow implementation and release cycles - Understanding of software build/release cycles - Experience working with customers (internal or external) to understand requirements and enhancements - Intermediate level JavaScript coding abilities is a plus (the BA may be required to offer some technical coding support once in a while) - Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design discussions on project and enhancement requests through a working technical knowledge of ServiceNow based on best practices recommendations and understanding of how ServiceNow is currently implemented - Prepare functional and technical documentation for enhancements and projects, and facilitate approvals from stakeholders - Prepare overall ServiceNow roadmap based on understanding existing initiatives and opportunity on leveraging functionality to propose new initiatives - Establish and enforce release commitments and timelines based on establishing LOE (Level of Effort) and priority and enhancement requests and scope of what is feasible to be included in each release - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing - Ability to perform hands-on configuration and development on the ServiceNow platform Regards, Chris Roe - Staffing Manager, Desk No : 415-251-3968 | Email : ch...@itbtalent.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
