Ada, Oklahoma They have a lot of projects going on and need someone who can come in and be a team player and able to interact with the business as well as the users. Will need some SQL knowledge but the main priority is Cognos TM1 or similar to it. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization, and work side-by-side with IT teams. - High-level knowledge of data integration issues (validation and cleaning) and familiarity with complex data and structures. Advanced understanding of databases, data warehouse, and data modeling constructs. - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision and direction. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong Working knowledge of Cognos TM1 tools (TM1 Architect, Web, Perspective, CAFÉ, Performance Modeler, etc.) - Working knowledge of the Cognos BI product suite (Report Studio, Cognos Workspace Advanced) and Framework Manager. - Ability to identify and assess patterns, trends, root causes, develop explanations, and test solutions. - Advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL, as well as non-SQL solutions. Advanced working knowledge of available external data sources and methods. - Experience with data warehousing life cycle and dimensional modeling is required. - Experience in a highly complex data warehouse environment, hands-on data warehousing project experience, and experience in full lifecycle business intelligence development, implementation, tuning, and support is required. This experience must include both modeling and advanced report development. - Business Analytics experience required.
