The Java people are usually given a grueling technical interview from the manager and an IBM consultant so if you have anyone who has worked for IBM, that would be great.* *Required Skills* *EDUCATION:* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience required *EXPERIENCE:* - Related formal IS training required. - Experience working on large projects as part of cross functional team required. - Experience leading projects of medium to large scope preferred. - Minimum two years experience with SAP, SAP Portal, and Web Sphere preferred. - Minimum two years experience programming on the AS/400 system preferred. - This includes experience in subfile, batch and interactive programming. - Minimum of 1+ years experience in structured database design required. - Minimum of 2+ years experience in business, system analysis and development of solid IS and business solutions required. - Minimum of 2+ years experience developing Internet applications required. - Minimum of 2+ years experience in Java/JavaScript, HTML required.
