Looking forward for an engineer to adopt new POS & MPOS Hardware/software as part of it's Next-Gen POS/MPOS initiative. This person would work with the Infrastructure team to help them in evaluating the Next-gen Mobile hardware. He should also help in defining the optimum landscape in which the new Mobile devices could function eg:- MDM [Airwatch],WIFI, defining tools/proactive notifications for the effective functioning of the devices. 2. He should be able to function as interface between the Infrastructure team & dev teams on all Mobile related issues/requirements. 3. Help to identify the mobile devices for next-gen mpos 4. Help to identify the peripheral devices like scanners, card readers, etc.. Will require good understanding of different peripherals available in the market. 5. Represent in meetings/discussions with hardware manufacturers/vendors 6. Device management strategy for next-gen mpos (Understanding of MDM) 7. Interface between infrastructure team and mobility dev team 8. Device configuration in stores(Wifi bandwidth, Docking, etc…) 9. Need to have iOS, Android, Windows Apps and its understanding of application function and Infrastructure connectivity. 10. Able to support Mobile Device Management system and perform mobile health checks, reporting. 11.
