*Looking for someone who has been involved in new product implementations
with customers in Healthcare. Candidates MUST have outstanding
communication skills since this is a customer facing position. They will
hire from a phone interview. *




*We are actively looking for an Implementation Analyst who will be leading
implementation of Employers, Hospital System and program administration for
the launch of new commercial business and operations. *

The Implementation Analyst will provide the services for successful, high
quality implementation of our products with our healthcare customers (Plan
sponsors/ Employers, Hospital systems). This role will handle multiple,
independent projects while supporting each customer through various phases
including analysis and configuration, testing and validation, application
design and training, as well as resolving the day-to-day client issues
post-implementation. He/she will take direction from Implementation Leads
as needed, but be able to prioritize and resolve issues independently or in
a team environment. A  successful Implementation Analyst must be able to
appropriately manage problem resolution providing clear explanation as to
issue and the path to resolution; and should have strong technology,
communication, and problem solving skills.

*Principal Duties & Responsibilities*


   - Work directly with management and project teams to understand business
   needs, goals, priorities and key issues.
   - Provides analytical, problem solving expertise, including: definition
   and documentation, business workflow analysis, specifications, requirements
   definition and documentation.
   - Host internal and customer meetings creating appropriate presentations.
   - Keep project plans, issues and status documentation up to date.
   - *Employers / Plan sponsor  Implementation:*
      - Work with clients and internal business partners as a member of an
      implementation team, collect and analyze business requirements for client
      implementations; produce functional specifications used by clients,
      business partners and development teams.
      - Work with Employer and IT team to configure benefits administration
      system rules, interfaces and other functions as designed by the solution
      architect
      - Complete unit testing on configuration for business requirements
      - Ensures configuration addresses client requirements and adheres to
      the approved design
      - Responds to and analyzes user submitted configuration issues in a
      timely manner
      - Ensures timely resolution of configuration enhancement requests and
      issues
      - Proactively communicates progress on issue resolution with
      Implementation  Leads and PMO
      - Liaise with internal and external providers (e.g. Health Plan
      Administrator and Ancillary & Voluntary product Vendors – CDH,
Rx, Dental,
      Voluntary) to resolve issues that may arise
      - Understands the Scope of Work and any Service Level Agreements
      under the Employer's contract.  Identifies scope changes and communicates
      them to the Account Manager.
      - Tracks and communicates documentation updates and provides
      necessary information for Account Manager when requirements or processing
      changes are needed
      - Identifies risks to client satisfaction on a timely basis
      - Keep abreast of legislation and industry trends particularly as it
      relates to benefits administration and healthcare EDI


  *Hospital Systems Implementation: *

   - Leverage a disciplined approach and process for a successful
      implementation
      - Determine clear deliverables and responsibilities of the Hospital
      Integrated Delivery System vs. Health Plan
      - Elicit, capture requirements and manage the end-to-end
      implementation
      - Work with Employer and IT team to configure benefits administration
      system rules, interfaces and other functions as designed by the solution
      architect
      - Support the transition from project to Operational.


*Qualifications*


   - Three or more years of relevant experience in business and/or systems
   analysis related to HR, payroll, group benefits,  insurance, or other
   technology-intensive environment
   - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
   - Knowledge of BA/ PM Tools JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, TFS
   - Experience with Customer Facing Portal ( Member, Provider, Employer) a
   plus
   - Experience with electronic data feeds; or other EDI tools will be
   considered an asset


   - *Communication:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
   including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, management
   and peers and act as an advocate for documentation
   - *Teamwork:* Works well as a member of a team and provides relevant
   information to others in assisting with client issues; inspires others
   through energy, enthusiasm, and optimism; understands and leverages the
   company's structure and relationships as well as pursues organization
   support and resources


   - *Client Relationship:* Instills credibility and confidence; follows up
   regularly and builds successful partnerships; identifies and understands
   the client's specific needs and problems.


   - *Problem Solving and Analysis:*  Generates creative approaches to
   addressing problems and opportunities; Identifies and weighs options, makes
   sound decisions after reviewing all relevant information; Anticipates and
   plans for potential problems; takes calculated risks; recognizes impact of
   solutions
   - *Technical Knowledge: *Demonstrates ability to use technology
   effectively and productively; continually updates skills and knowledge;
   addresses problems as they arise or seeks help as appropriate; understands
   how to work efficiently in system setup following development life cycle.
