6-12 months Minnetonka, MN Phone, then Skype B.S. in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline preferred. • Strong expertise in design development and implementation of SOA based integrations • 6+ years of experience with web services, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability – understanding of web service protocols such as SOAP and REST • Candidate must be able to highlight their experience and success leading diverse technical and non-technical teams– working through complex, business critical projects in a dynamic, changing environment. • Must have at least 6 years of experience in the designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and BusinessConnect in a health care environment. • Candidate must have a strong development background with emphasis on SOA, distributed and event-driven computing. • Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity. • Familiarity with iterative development life cycle and methodology. • Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented Middleware, Tibco, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM WebSphere MQ, EMS and RV). • Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL. • Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc). • Must have at least 6 years of experience with enterprise application integration development with solid working knowledge of Windows and UNIX. • Strong working knowledge of VMWare or other virtual operating system. • Must have working experience with HIPAA EDI X12s using TIBCO Business Connect. • Highly desired EDI X12 transaction sets: Claims submission (837); Claims payment (835); Enrollment (834); Eligibility inquiry (270); Eligibility response (271); Claim status request (276); Claim status response (277); Service review (278); Group premium payment (820) • Must have strong knowledge with Web Services concepts. • Must have strong functional spec and technical documentation skills.
