The Worker must have extensive experience in the following: • Developing .NET solutions using MVC design based on functional specifications for a group or organization • Web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SSL/TLS, and JSON • Web service development using REST and SOAP • Experience with building accessible sites using section 508 or WCAG 2.0 guidelines • JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks including RequireJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery • Working with business customers to gather data requirements • Adhering to software development processes and standards • Preparing detailed documentation • Generating work estimates in a SDLC environment The Worker must be familiar with data warehouse, database structures, ETLs, and reporting platforms.
