The person will be responsible for DMV Application information architecture and page design, applying components, creating wireframes, elements, and creation of layout templates based on the needs of the various NCDOT and DMV business units. This contractor should have extensive experience creating web applications with HTML5, CSS, modern Javascript in a mobile-first context.
