Payroll Functional consultant needed to create functional designs for CEMLIs
for a PeopleSoft NA Payroll implementation on a large program that includes
several projects including the implementations of PeopleSoft Financials,
Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management. Strong knowledge of PS NA
Payroll is a must. Experience in complex design, interfacing payroll data
from gov't agencies, queries, knowledge of table structures in the help of
writing functional designs based on the customer's business requirements is
required.
Responsible for working with the project manager and Payroll functional lead
on gathering business requirements from the client and creating functional
designs for several CEMLIs (conversions, interfaces, extensions & reports)
that have been identified in the implementation.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft applications required including strong knowledge of
the NA Payroll process including Commitment Accounting. Strong Commitment
Accounting skills especially knowledge of HCM Combo Codes from GL to HCM is
a plus. Public Sector and/or Higher Education experience a plus. Strong
communication skills are necessary plus ability to drive items to a
successful close are needed."
