*Pega Lead Developer roles* *Minneapolis,MN or Eden Prairie MN* *This is a CTH role, no H1B’s* **Healthcare Pega experience is a plus* What is the specific title of the position? Pega Development Leads What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? MIIM Q3 Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? Part of a team. If so, please describe the team? (Name of team, size of team, etc.) Overall, there will be a total of 19 developers, 12 QA, 8SA that will be split across multiple project teams. Expectation is to have 4 scrum teams with roughly 4-5 devs, 3 QA, 2 SAs, Srum Master, and a PO. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) · Strong communication skills demonstrating ability to communicate effectively with business and other team members · Demonstrate leadership in providing solutions to complex business requirements and managing team of PEGA developers · Strong analytical and problem solving skills to be able to resolve issues · Hands on experience in design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PRPC · Agile development lead responsibilities with offshore development team What skills/attributes are a must have? · Overall 8+ years of experience working with PEGA PRPC rules like Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, etc. · LSA certification or equivalent · Excellent knowledge of PRPC Best -Practices and PEGA Guardrails · Strong communication skills demonstrating ability to communicate effectively with business and other team members · Demonstrate leadership in providing solutions to complex business requirements and managing team of PEGA developers · Strong analytical and problem solving skills to be able to resolve issues · Hands on experience in design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PRPC · Expertise in PRPC Integration in an enterprise environment · Knowledgeable in Performance Tuning and Deployment process · Experienced in Conducting Design Reviews, Code Reviews on a daily basis · Solid fundamentals in core Java and Object oriented concepts · Strong Relational Database knowledge · Agile development experience or experience in iterative development · Knowledge of PEGA 7 features and PEGA CPM-HC is desirable What are the work hours?
