*Job Title* – Project Coordinator

*Location* – Remote around the Northern Atlanta, GA area ( Occasional
onsite visit needed at Customer site in Marietta, GA)

*Duration* – around 9 months ( Immediate start – July 2017)

*End Client* – Cisco

*H1B* - Yes

*Shift* – Regular 40 Hr work week with Occasional evening or weekends
availability needed || Work will not exceed 40 Hrs

*Travel* – Occasional Business Travel needed

*The client is looking for a Fulltime Project Manager resource to work two
projects (half time on each project).  Resource should be based in Atlanta
(working remotely) and willing to go onsite occasionally Cisco office
(Marietta, GA location). Resource is considered as “PM Light” resource.*


*Skills –*

·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and
within budget

·         Update the project plan to monitor and track progress

·         Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and
project costs

·         Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

·         Report and escalate to management as needed

·         Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all

·         Perform risk management to minimize project risks

·         Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

·         Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and
multi-tasking skills

·         Knowledge of PMP and Prince2

·         PM and Prince2 certification is a plus

·         Familiarity with Quickbase is a plus

·         Knowledge of SmartNet a plus


*Non-Store Refresh Project  (.5 FTE)*

·         Familiarity with Quickbase is a plus

·         Will report up to the Lead Project Manager at Cisco.

·         Also need to cover for the Lead during his vacation

·         Will need to attend conference calls on an adhoc basis (typically
for escalation handling).  These calls are normally weeknights and weekends
(for Supply chain locations)

*Home Depot TPaaS Project (TelePresence as a Service) (.5 FTE)*

·         Need to formally document the project processes

·         Responsible for ensuring SmartNet entitlement

·         Weekly status reporting

·         Publish Reports to Program Manager
