Rate $47/HR *ISTQB Certification must* *Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * 1. Work with Subject Matter Experts and Automation team to support the Infrastructure and client related to automation tools. 2. Assists in the maintenance and support of department systems and tools 3. Provides informal instruction and support to other support organizations in the area of systems monitoring and automation 4. Create and Publish Monitoring Management Packs based on Client and Corporate requirements. 5. Create / provide process and technical documentation for clients and support purposes as needed 6.
