Hope you are doing great, Please review the following Job Description and share updated resume below if you find comfortable for this position... *Role: System Admin* *Location: Irving, TX* *Duration: 6+ Months* Competencies: System Admin_AIX, IT IS_DCS_System Admin_Linux, IT IS_AMS_Oracle Database Administration Experience: 6-8 Years Job Description: User Provisioning UNIX/DB Department: Information Security/Identity Management Job Title: User Provisioning Agent Job Description To meet the elevated demand for application and data store access during this timeframe, the USER PROVISIONING AGENT must: • Perform “heads-down” provisioning activities throughout the business day with focus on speed, accuracy and policy & regulatory compliance. • Be flexible and responsive to off-hour demand to meet critical business needs, both weekdays and weekends, and share on-call responsibilities 24x7 including holidays. • Have an understanding of, and appreciation for, the security and privacy requirements intrinsic to the healthcare industry. • Be able to follow strict protocols for provisioning, documentation and customer interaction so as to remain compliant with CVS Health policies and audit guidelines. • Possess excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to perform root cause analysis (RCA). • Enjoy working directly with customers, and have excellent customer service skills. • Be detailed oriented, effective at time management, and able to multi-task continuously. Daily Duties and Responsibilities - Daily duties and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: • Reviewing user provisioning requests for completeness, accuracy, audit compliance, clarity of intent, and proper approvals. • Granting access to an application or data store based on the provisioning request. • Documenting the access granted. • Communicating the credentials back to the customer. • Closing the request. • Responding to status requests and other customer communications. • Coordinating activities with other provisioning agents and with management.
