*Duration: Long Term* Skills: Ø Strong background in Investment Data Operations Ø Well versed in process analysis and improvement Ø Ability to review current data operations process and suggest areas of improvement Ø Should be good in transition from onsite to offshore team Ø Should have good knowledge of following activities performed by a Data Analyst (He/ she may not be performing these activities)- · Responsible for monitoring and tracking of feeds (Security, Position, NAV, Price, Trade, Transactions, etc) used in process activities, accurate and timely delivery of data and reports, execution of data research and controls · Error encountered with regards to securities, country, currency, Exchange code, etc are resolved and clean data is provided to the downstream consumers · Creating, amending and rectifying a fund account as per instructions received from the client for instance whether a Portfolio Manager is hired or fired, which needs to be updated in the system · Interacting with the clients whereby ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times to prevent escalations and maintain cordial relations · Develop data documents such as data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams · Manage and perform data quality and stewardship activities to ensure that data held within client’s global reference databases is accurate. · Develop and maintain team policy and procedure documentation, report on any data quality control issues to appropriate client’s associates via metrics, error logs, and corporate compliance/ risk channels Best Regards *Dev* 2 N.
