*Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Consultant* Ashburn, VA 12 Months Job Details: Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only) 1. Proficient with two of Checkpoint Firewall-1, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewall technologies. PCNSE, CCSE, CCSA, CCNP, CCSP certifications preferred 2. Proven ability to troubleshoot problems systematically in complex systems and network environments Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) 1. Ability to manage Provider-1 and/or Panorama management and logging systems 2 Able to use protocol analyzers or packet capture software to diagnose and resolve IP connectivity problems Desired years of experience: 7 years plus in technology, information security, and/or network administration Minimum of 3 years working on information security with a large, mission-critical enterprise environment Education/ Certifications (Required): Bachelors/Degree in Computer Science or other technology field (Master’s degree preferred or in view) Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: 1. Provide technical coordination, oversight and leadership for staff and serve as escalation point for complex technical issues. 2. Provides ongoing support of network systems of high complexity in extranet, commercial and corporate environments to fulfill the business needs. 3. Provide third level technical support to the customer client institutions and to customer technical teams to resolve network issues and to support the implementation of new network solutions.
