*Position : Lead Java Developer - 15 Openings* *Location : Wilmington, Delaware* *Duration : 6-12 Months - Contract to Hire* *Need EAD GC , Green Card , US Citizen * *Phone then Face 2 Face Interview* *Skills and Experience Required:* The Lead Engineer will drive development teams to solutions applying iterative methods to deliver software that enriches the lives of its end users while exhibiting high internal and external quality. 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject or experience 5 - 10+ years of experience building object-oriented solutions Extensive experience building highly scalable, concurrent, large volume, event-driven systems 5 - 10+ years of experience in test-driven development and continuous integration Need to have a very strong understanding of Event Driven Architecture Need to have a very strong understanding of Domain Driven Design Must have experience in Java 8 Very strong Critical Thinking Skills applied to hard design problems Want people to bring a strong passion and desire to build the next generation of disruptive technology Strong Agile background (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP).
