Hardware included various Band Classes/ Frequency allocation based on the customer needs. - Responsibility for setup and testing of Flex Zone Micro LTE units for regulatory compliance. Have worked extensively at approved Regulatory Test Facilities including National Technical Services (NTS) and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) - Managed a wide variety of wireless development projects with an emphasis on the FCC regulatory compliance, software/hardware integration and customer certification testing - Lead efforts for FCC, ETSI regulatory Type Approval to deliver our wireless infrastructure products including LTE, and WCDMA to our customers - Resolved all regulatory and certification issues in the design stage with an emphasis on reducing time and budget costs for performing compliance testing at the regulatory test houses - Improved Field Trial and Laboratory Testing of new software and hardware prior to deployment reducing the amount of customer field support. Root caused system problems with an emphasis on resolving hardware/software issues to meet customer needs
