Role: QA Tester Lead Location: Downtown Chicago Duration: 6 months Key skill: MUST: C# in Selenium PREFERRED: SpecFlow knowledge Please make sure candidates have this skill. General Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years’ experience leading an off shore testing team. 8+ years’ experience with various project management methodologies, including Agile methodologies and supporting techniques (e.g. Test Driven Development and continuous integration processes), packaged system implementations, and traditional specification driven approaches. 5+ years’ experience with QA/testing with various technology stacks .Net/C#) 5+ years’ experience using testing tools such as: Quality Center, Test Director or equivalent 5+ years’ experience in relational databases to manage, store and analyze large test data sets 5+ years’ experience in using automated testing tools 3+ years’ experience using Selenium/SpecFlow in C# environment Requires extensive technical experience: ability to understand architectural diagrams, environment/server management documentation, review end-to-end workflows (technical/business), and utilize the information to create quality solutions.
