*Typical Responsibilities:*
Accept direction from Primary Connection Support.Respond to client reports
of break/fix experiences with Connections. Monitor Connections and
associated logs, identify potential issues and concerns, make
recommendations for system enhancements. Identify opportunities for
enhancement of client experience with Connections. Job duties include client
support for Lotus Notes and Sameitime, as well as Websphere application
server and other duties as needed.
