*Minimum 12 years profile needed..* -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Position: Oracle DBA* *Location : Boca Raton, Florida OR Irving, Texas.* *Experience*: - 12+ years of Oracle DB Admin - 5+ years of experience in Oracle DB Performance tuning and trouble-shooting experience - 5+ years with Oracle RAC, - 2+ years with Exadata is desirable - Strong interpersonal, presentation, problem solving, client-facing, and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Oracle DBA Certifications. This client is looking for a Database Engineer. The majority of this role will be in Production Support but the resource will also need to be able to drill down into highly complex issues and produce solutions to those issues independently. The majority of the environment is 12c and 11g (12c experience is mandatory) This resource will be responsible for supporting several environments, small to very large 10 - 20 Terabytes. Exadata is highly desirable but won't be a deal breaker This is a clustered environment and the resource needs to have multi-node exp. Golden Gate and Solarwinds are not required. Could be considered a plus Will be responsible for Performance Tuning, SQL Tuning, Design, resolving complex database issues. Certification is not required.
