*Position Summary:*

Responsible at a senior level for Identity Access Management (IAM) user
account management which includes creation, modification, disabling and
deletions of user accounts/access across IT infrastructure and business
applications.

*Key Duties / Responsibilities:*

•        Responsible for user administration (creation, modification, and
deletion) of user network accounts and application access provisioning
through Active Directory, AD Groups, Microsoft Outlook, Exchange,
Distribution Lists, Password Resets, Microsoft Lync, Network Shared Drive,
SharePoint 2010/2013, Oracle (R11/R12), Salesforce, AIX/Unix, remote
access, other internal BTS applications as well as hosted applications
(60%)

•        Responsible for new hire account set-up and associate termination
processing.  Assist with administration requests that are higher priority,
confidential in nature, or have been escalated for advanced assistance.
(30%)

•        Provisioning is User Access Management and thus plays a critical
role in the compliance and audit areas.  The Sr. Identity Access Management
Analyst is responsible for supporting and complying with all internal and
external audits including working directly with the compliance and auditing
teams to gather, provide, and present the required supporting evidence (10%)



*Education & Knowledge:*

•        Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience OR Master’s
degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent work experience

•        Minimum of 5 years’ in User Provisioning/Identity Access
Management

•        Experienced in User Account Provisioning and De-Provisioning
processes.

•        Experienced in working in a Ticketing/Incident Management system

•        Experienced at either a Team Lead or Senior Analyst level Access
Management level which includes the having had the opportunity to lead
and/or participate in high visibility assignments and/or projects.

•        Ability to multitask and provide mentoring, training, manages team
workload, and manages/evaluates process workflows continually looking for
process improvements.



*Experience / Skills / Abilities:*

•        Experience in user access management  (creation, modification, and
deletion) in the following technologies:  Active Directory, AD Groups,
Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Distribution Lists, Password Resets, Microsoft
Lync, Network Shared Drive, SharePoint, Oracle (R11/R12), Salesforce,
AIX/Unix, and remote access,

•        Ability to analyze complicated requests and troubleshoot issues

•        Ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to closure

•        Effective process improvement skills; ability to evaluate,
develop, document, and implement more efficient and/or cost effective
processes

•        Excellent customer service skills including excellent phone and
written communication skills

•        Ability to build strong working relationships with business users,
management, and cross-functional teams

•        Team oriented but also able to work independently with minimal
supervision



*Preferred Skills:*

•        Project Management skills and the ability to use Microsoft Project

•        Experience with IAM Tool (automation of IAM responsibilities)

•        Experience with Oracle E*Business (R12) and/or Microsoft SQL Server
