You'll grow professionally in a fast-paced, highly evolving industry. *Position Summary:* Responsible at a senior level for Identity Access Management (IAM) user account management which includes creation, modification, disabling and deletions of user accounts/access across IT infrastructure and business applications. *Key Duties / Responsibilities:* • Responsible for user administration (creation, modification, and deletion) of user network accounts and application access provisioning through Active Directory, AD Groups, Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Distribution Lists, Password Resets, Microsoft Lync, Network Shared Drive, SharePoint 2010/2013, Oracle (R11/R12), Salesforce, AIX/Unix, remote access, other internal BTS applications as well as hosted applications (60%) • Responsible for new hire account set-up and associate termination processing. Assist with administration requests that are higher priority, confidential in nature, or have been escalated for advanced assistance. (30%) • Provisioning is User Access Management and thus plays a critical role in the compliance and audit areas.
