*Need Digital Project Manager in NJ - 4+ Months contract!* *Position : Digital Project Manager* *Location: East Hanover, NJ 0793* *Duration: 2-4+ Months* *Need only locals to NJ* *Interview Process: Phone Screen And In-Person Interview Must* *Role Description:* To follow are some of the services that the Digital Project Manager will be providing under this Task Order: Support the concept and execution of global Digital assets – Responsive Websites & Microsites LaunchPads & other iPad Sales Rep tools Native Apps, Web Apps & Medical devices Non-Personal Promotion tactic’s including but not limited to: Self e-Details, Info sites, Email Blasts, Video, Virtual Meetings, Virtual Rep & EHR Responsible for day-to-day project management and execution of the interactive strategies and tactics to ensure that objectives and expectations are consistently met or exceeded among several agencies and internal partners. Provide continual support to Brand teams with historical use and implementation based on previously executed project Responsible for onboarding of every agency partner with the appropriate process, templates and guidelines for successful completion of Digital tactics Effectively manages and communicates project status with a diverse group of team members from the Business, IT and External service providers. Track project issues and ensures appropriate resolution. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and works closely with the appropriate stakeholders to execute changes where most appropriate Coordinate with agencies and brand team to ensure legal, regulatory, medical and ethical compliance requirements are met. Advise key stakeholders on linguistic analysis and social listening studies for optimal SEO design. Serve as the liaison with Search Engine Marketing vendors to ensure overall strategies for Global websites are addressed. Lead SEM/SEO to maintain an impactful presence on the web. Help develop analytics framework, generate reports in order to share the projects performance As a Technical Owner, manage compliance updates (PIONS, Audits) and notify responsible teams as needed Ensure all the Global assets are archived in corresponding platforms like My Brand and Reel Deal Provide support to countries in order to facilitate local adaptation of globally created digital assets as well as assist with Launch Identifies, qualifies, and documents risks and puts in place appropriate mitigation strategies Forecast and report project status. Management through regular status reports, management reports, and communication meetings. Share lessons learned and document best practices *Additional Skills Required:* Same skills as other Global oncology PMs at Client.
