Work Location: California City, CA 93505 Job Title: IT - Performance Lead - Engineering Job Description: Job Details: At least 7 years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting Skills *At least 5 years of experience in test strategy and test Design;* Solid experience in preparation and *execution of Performance test scripts.* Minimum 5 years of relevant *experience in Performance Engineering* Ability to engage early in the performance project lifecycle with architects, *and infrastructure build engineers and define performance best practices.* Strong understanding of performance *best practices including JVM settings.* Network Variability impact on *Performance of distributed systems.* Good experience in non-functional requirements analysis with various stakeholders Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component *owners ( network, database, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.).* Experience in *Performance* *Engineering across Agile, DevOps and C/CI methodology* is a plus Ability to engage early in the performance project lifecycle with architects, and infrastructure build engineers and define performance best practices.
