They will evaluate contractors every 6 months. Tibco SOA middleware developer with in depth knowledge of Tibco EAI product suite. Development expertise on TIBCO Business Works 5.7+/DESIGNER/TRA/EMS/ADMINISTRATOR/ADB Adapter is a must. Strong database, Unix & admin skills are required. SOA knowledge in terms of overall architecture, design, processes, functionality and technical components would be a plus. Knowledge of the related EAI concepts including – Web Services based middleware implementation, transport protocols, UDDI, common services framework, error handling, automated monitoring, deployments, strong schemas/Wsdls/xml and version control skills are mandatory. The following would be a Plus Experience on Java/J2EE programming, Siebel/Remedy (Adapters) integration implementations, General Interface[GI], Turbo XML, Telecom domain knowledge would be an additional plus. Work Environment Dedication and Enthusiasm with excellent team spirit & go getter attitude to get things delivered on time is must. Strong email and verbal communications skills. Onsite & Offshore development teams coordination and flexibility to work overlapping hours.
