Our client is interested in hiring *Sr. Systems Engineer with Ab initio* and The location of this position is *Trevose, Philadelphia * United States and it is a Contract opportunity. *Please find below the job description:* *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* As an ETL, Data Integration Lead the main responsibilities involve: Act as liaison between Architects, Business Leads and development teams and own technical delivery. Providing mentoring, technical assistance, troubleshooting, RCA and alternative development solutions. Performance tuning and end-to-end lifecycle experience with Enterprise wide data warehouse. Expertise on driving the estimation process and establish an estimation model for implementation project Driving continuous improvement and a high performance agile culture. Establishing and delivering metrics and KPIs to govern and identify areas for improvement. Implementation best practices and drive knowledge transfer *Skillsets required* 7+ years of experience in Enterprise-level ETL development using primarily Ab Initio. Candidate must have good communication skills with experience working in client location. Must be experienced in diverse domain, tools and data warehousing technologies. Hands-on experience in Design, Build, Test and implementation of ETL/Data Integration solutions. Experience in Data analysis, data mapping, data loading, and data validation. Also on reusability, parameterization, workflow design, etc. Should have thorough understanding of Entire life cycle of Software and various Software Engineering Methodologies. Experience in ETL solutions using ETL tools on Hadoop and various relational and non-relational database environment. Experience in Big data, Hadoop other related technologies would be beneficial. Experience in databases like Teradata, Oracle etc. Hands on experience with SQL, PLSQL Stored procedures and UNIX shall script. Experience with various unstructured data sources, COBOL file structures. Experience on Unit, integration, and User acceptance testing. Rigorous, resourceful, adaptable with good attention to detail and strong project ownership.
