We have a Requirement *SAP Project Manager with International*, *New York, NY*. *Please share the suitable resource for this Position. * VERY URGENT AND IMMEDIATE NEED Job Title: SAP Project Manager with International experience Location: New York, NY Duration: 6+Months Contract With Possible Extension *Responsible for managing IT deliverables for critical enterprise wide solutions. The PMO Senior PM - SAP will own all aspects of delivery of SAP for international offices, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction. * Possess an understanding of implementing SAP internationally, integrating with a single domestic instance and business processes Manage localization and language requirements where necessary Manage business relationships involved in the establishment and ongoing management of complex, large scale projects, which are highly strategic and/or have cross organization impact. Manage vendor relationships and some contract negotiation Develop and drive project reporting processes, tools, data and presentations. Manage the content of the project in addition to tracking plan status. Develop and manage the project plans. Conduct PM quality controls to ensure project team is accurately reporting status, plans, issues and risks. Diagnose project issues and risks and manage mitigation plans Monitor and execute change control for projects. Prepare executive presentations and governance forums. Prepare project reports for cost, time and resource metrics by project for executive teams. Develop and drive budget plans, tracking, reporting and change requests. Manage project budgets, including resource tracking. Work with stakeholders across multiple lines of business, managing resource supply and control delivery prioritization and outcomes relating to these groups. Uses tools from multiple frameworks or methodologies that best fit project management scenario Skilled in multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative) Change management and organizational change management experience Working experience managing multiple, or end to end HRIS and HCM projects *Required Skills* BA/BS in Business Management, Communications, MIS, or related field Self-directed, polished professional who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment.
