Please send Resumes to *[email protected]* * * * * *Position: Tibco Developer Location: Fort worth-TX Duration: 12+ months* *Summary:* Participate in the analysis, development, testing, documentation, and training on TIBCO Business Works and related TIBCO solutions for application integration solutions related to new applications and enhancements to existing applications. Function as a member of a self directed project development team and independently for minor modifications and support. Execute phases of the SDLC using specific software development toolset(s). Mentor teammates in understanding and using TIBCO Business Works to implement complex integration tools and systems. Ensure tasks are completed on a timely basis and conform to specifications/processes and standardized best practices. *Responsibilities:* · Assist in the gathering, review and analysis of requirements from business users and other teams responsible for TIBCO solutions. · Participate in the analysis and design of integration solutions for new applications and enhancements or modification to existing applications using TIBCO tools. · Develop work estimates for projects. · Update and edit functional and technical design specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements. Identify and implement appropriate testing strategy. · Execute all steps required to deploy/implement the integration solution. · Participate in a self directed team environment. Collaborate with project team members and QA on development, customer issues, and security requirements. · Participate in code and design reviews and technical presentations to cross functional staff. · Create documentation as required in the SDLC. · Monitor system and application integration performance and troubleshoot issues. *Qualification:* · Bachelor's degree in technical related field or related certification required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · 5+ years of experience in IT solutions development preferably in medium to large corporate environments. 2+ years current experience where TIBCO Business Works toolset, and TIBCO EMS was a focus. · Experience in logistics and/or transportation management and business analysis is a plus as well as TIBCO Business Events knowledge. · Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with TIBCO adapters, JMS, Mainframe environment, Web Services, Java, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, SQL Server, XML, FTP, DB2, relational database design, and Microsoft Office Suite. · Well developed written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Well developed active listening, facilitation and presentation skills. · Knowledge of basic business/accounting principles and transportation management. · Solid knowledge of IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes. · Basic project management skills. Well developed time management and prioritization skills. · Demonstrated analytical capabilities including complex technical problem solving. Exposure to managing customer expectations. · Ability to learn and understand functionality of multiple logistics-related systems. · Ability to establish solid business relationships and work effectively with senior business and client contacts.
