*LOCATION- Sunnyvale, CA*

*Duration – 6  Month*


  1) Maintain knowledge of all items in scope for a release. Gather release
information from ideabook site communication with release manager and the
Product Owners (POs) who have projects in the release

2) Work closely with the editors to make sure they have all the CMS and
release information neededa. Communicate nodes, branch info, caveats,
etc...b. Educate editors about release content, envoironments and testing
schedulesc. Enable editors to take ownership of their content and
understanding about what how it fits into a released. Delegate content
defects to the appropriate editore. Schedule regular communication

3) Support development team by answering questions, troubleshooting,
providing node and content information

4) Ensure release scope does not impact content from another release or
existing project

5) Run TeamSite content deployments to all release environments

6) Perform content and defect troubleshooting with editors, testers,
developers, release managers, deployment managers and Product Owners.
Content trouble shooting includes:a. check metadata and content in
teamsiteb. check that the content is on the dev environment and in DBc.
check content rendering test paged. check OD logs to determine cause of a
failed deployment

7) Spot check environments after running deploys

8) Maintain, Gather and seek out test data for all environments, regions,
user roles, language, etca. Gather test data from dev teams, testers, QC
and POs.

9) Communicate content deployments and gather content needs from Deployment
Managers, Donna Haley and the other environment folks

10) Maintain a list of all POs for all the features that have Teamsite
content in a release

11) Understand how each feature uses content including those that dont use
the standard functionality

12) Asses and communicate impact of promoting content to all environments

13) Gather and communicate content management needs and explain
functionality to POs, dev teams, testers, and build/deploy teams

14) Asses requests for new functionality and work with others on the CMS
team business and IT to develop a solution or an alternative

15) Participate in offline cell preparation, deployments and support
go-live activities

16) Test offline cell proactively to validate content changes are working
