*Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors and HCM Consultant* *Location: Memphis, TN* *Duration: 9-12 Months w/ Possible Extensions * *Start Date: ASAP* *Number of Openings: 1* *Short Description: *We are looking to fill an HR Systems IT Business Analyst position that will work in a team environment to support and enhance the existing Human Resources IT solution in place. This requires the contractor to work on-site in Memphis and would be a contract to hire. The permanent job would also be in Memphis. Candidate should not require sponsorship. The applications in scope are SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of SAP HR specific modules such as Org Management and Personnel Administration, and must have strong functional/technical capabilities with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred · 4-6 years of SAP experience preferred which should include 3-4 years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module · SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration configuration experience · Knowledgeable of the SAP integration between the SAP HR modules and external systems like SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Portals · 2-3 years of project development and deployment experience · Good communication skills Notes: NO H1Bs.
