46 for corp to corp Job Title : Technical Project Manager Relevant Experience (Yrs) : Total 8+ yrs with 4+ years as a technical project manager. Technical/Functional Skills : Functional Experience: - Must understand thoroughly the data masking concepts, work scope and work breakdown structure, and processes - Must be able to coordinate between various interfacing group and departments. Technical Experience: - Should have good understanding of mainframe and distributed platforms (Informatica, IBM Mainframe, DB2, SQL Server, Teradata and UDB) - Must have good understanding of architecture and design concepts. - Must have strong database understanding - PMBok knowledge (certification will be an advantage) Experience Required Tools: - MS Project, Visio, Power Point, Excel Program Management: - Must have experience in managing large and complex program(s) - Good experience in understanding requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external application owners, maintaining and tracking issues to closure in timely manner. - Be able to understand and navigate through client organization structure and hierarchy to get things done - Project planning, dependency identification and communicating with right set of people to get it resolved - Proven team leading experience - Proven experience in creating project plan, tracking and reporting at various levels - Excellent communication skills Roles & Responsibilities : Capture and manage scope, maintain product release schedules, create and maintain MS Project schedules, run planning and status meetings, manage scope change, manage expectations at multiple levels (senior managers, project team), use Sharepoint to track and report delivery. . Generic Managerial Skills : Ability to manage multi-cultural team.
