Please share the resume for below opening. Required Experience Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience in the following areas; Backup Administration experience with the Symantec Netbackup tool. Ongoing Backup environment maintenance and support . Backup capacity planning . Oracle Backups Legacy backup environment support . Netbackup server and major upgrades . On-boarding new backup environments (Return to Supportability). Full tape rotation processes with tape offsiting. Support of difficult to backup clients. Knowledge of the Solaris, HPUX, Microsoft, Windows, and Linux platforms as it relates to backup and recovery. SAN multi-pathing and volume management software. Data migrations, Netbackup catalog import/export, recovery, maintenance. Excellent knowledge of networking technologies as related to Backups. Automation with shell and Perl scripting. Experience working with backup products on a variety of Open Systems. Knowledge of Backup tools and appliances from Symantec, EMC, NetApp, and other vendors. Experience with virtualized OS technologies: Solaris, Red Hat Linux, HPUX, AIX, and Windows and VMware . Experience with several of the following models of backup equipment is required: Sun StorEdge 6140/6780 . Emulex and Qlogic HBAs . Brocade 300, 2800, 3800, 3900, 4100, 4900, 48000 . StorageTek L180, L700, SL8500 . EMC Data Domain dedup devices. LTO and SDLT tape drives. Experience in several of the following backup related software packages and options are required: Symantec Netbackup. Symantec OST, Deduplication, Encryption, BMR, integration with VmWare vStorage . Netbackup Oracle agent, SAP agent, Enterprise Vault, Virtual Tape, Shared Storage. Symantec NDMP, Shared Storage Option.
