You will be joining this team as a front-end developer where you will help us ensure an optimized online experience for their public uers by designing, developing, and maintaining the public-facing components of their applications. In this capacity, you will be responsible for converting designs into functional and platform-independent markup, focusing on clean and semantic code by utilizing your strengths in standard-compliant HTML, CSS, and Javascript. While developing highly maintainable and scalable code is a requirement, we still always design for the users first and developers later. Responsibilities * Convert design comps into functional interfaces using semantic and standard-compliant markup and utilizing common UI frameworks like JQuery, JSON, etc. * Collaborate closely with front-end lead to discuss architecture of front-end code * Collaborate with QA and Project Management as well as Application Development teams to ensure proper testing * Ensure the successful implementation of your tasks to the production environment by participating in post-deployment testing * Establish priorities, work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision * Implement industry best practices and usability standards on our websites * Ensure cross-browser compatibility and compliance with W3C standards as much as possible Qualifications • A portfolio of web design work (some print design is OK) • Demonstrable/Verifiable skill in converting a design comp into a functional and semantic HTML • XHTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.Net, C# • Familiarity with Visual Studio development environment and Source Control • A natural interest in problem solving • SharePoint development (User Controls, Webparts) preferred • A basic understanding of the SDLC and software design patterns • Familiarity with UI frameworks (YUI, JSON, JQuery, Ext.JS) • WCF, Web Services • Willingness to learn and quickly adopt new technologies *Thanks & Regards* *Anil babu * *Anblicks LLC 5055 Keller Springs Rd.
