Must be a self driven person who can work on a task from start to finish on their own and will share in accountability for the success of the solution. This includes but is not limited to; customer interactions, requirements gathering, validating and analyzing requirements, system modeling, hands on experience in writing rules/feeders, development of complex TM1 applications, Complex TI chores, Macros & ETL routines. Excellent communication skills are essential and leadership qualities are a must. Financial understanding/background is desired. *Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in engineering / CA / MBA Finance *Experience:* At least 5 years in DW/BI with minimum of two year hands-on experience in Cognos TM1 development/support project *Desirable:* Cognos TM1 Certification and functional/domain knowledge *The successful candidate will have the following qualities: * 1.
