Researching, designing, developing, and testing operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for various industries including healthcare and communications Setting operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements. Designing embedded systems software. Applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Years of experience in Specific Skill: 3-5 minimum for Developers; 8 years for Technical Leads, plus lead experience 10 years for Architects Exceptional written and spoken communication skills required; effectively communicates with all levels of internal and external management and staff. Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients to reach mutual goals Other demonstrated abilities which may be required depending on position: Review and develop detailed technical specifications for custom service enhancements and obtain review and approval from the appropriate parties Review and provide feedback on business requirements and related project deliverables for requested Customer development initiatives requiring enhancements Solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, systems performance and desired results. Assist in the execution and validation of tests and output Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
