This resource must be able to design and implement code in the 3-tier architecture infrastructure being utilized. The architecture consists of ASP.Net front end interfaces, JAVA (Weblogic) middle-tier that contains the business logic and a SQL*Server database back-end. This resource should have experience in application architecture, design and development.
