Job Title: Java Developer Location: Denver, CO Duration: 6 Months contract* ** *Rate: $45/hr on C2C* ** *Job Description: Java Developer, mostly backend with a little frontend.. 5+ years of professional experience building distributed scalable enterprise-class applications using Java, Struts, Tiles, JSPS, Spring, JavaScript, CSS & JSP. At least 2+ years working experience using professional source code control systems (VSS, TFS is preferred) JAVA/J2EE experience Experience with Weblogic, Websphere Knowledge and implementation of various design pattern is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle relational databases. Experience in writing Oracle Stored Procedures Advanced knowledge on SQL & DB Concept required FTP Basics and Shell scripting is required Performance tuning experience strongly preferred. Experience with web services, XML, XSLT, and XACML preferred. Experience with WAS preferred. Experience with Linux preferred. Strong teaming capabilities with experience on large teams. Strong interest in industry trends, frameworks, and best practices. Experience in the Rational Unified Process and/or Agile Development Practices a plus.
