*Position Overview:* This QA Analyst will be responsible for
conducting software QA testing on multiple applications in the following
environments: SQL Server, .Net, Java, Data Warehouse, HP NonStop. This
individual will write test plans and test cases based on business
requirement and technical specifications; conduct function, regression,
integration, automation, and performance testing. This person must have
insurance rating experience and strong insurance industry knowledge.

· 5 + years IT QA testing experience.
· 5 + years experience in programming languages, such as C#, C++
or Java.
· 5 + years experience in MS SQL, SQL Server database and back-end
testing.
· 5 + years experience in writing test plan and test cases, and

· Experience in multiple testing methodologies in SDLC life cycle.
· Experience in defect tracking using defect tracking tools
· Must be able to work under self direction with minimal supervision
and guidance; be able to prioritize assigned work and coordinate with other
team members and business users.
· Excellent people skills when interacting with developers and
users.
· Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience is required
(Computer Science Degree is big plus)
· HP NonStop experience is big plus

require working with existing tools such as QTP or creating new test tools.
Additionally, the hire may be required to participate in manual testing and

requirements and technical specifications.
