Job Title: Oracle HRMS Developer Location: Wellesley, MA. Duration: 6 months* ** *Summary: This position has responsibility for management of systems development activities, focusing on Oracle Finance and Hyperion Finance systems and related reporting. This includes identifying solutions to meet business needs and following standard development lifecycle methodologies. In addition, this position manages a team of systems development specialists who are tasked with this mission. Stream currently runs Oracle e-Business 11.5.10.2 and Hyperion System 9 to support our HR and Finance operations in 22 countries with ~35,000 employees. The Oracle e-Business footprint includes HRMS, HR Manager/Employee Self Serve, AP/AR/GL, Purchasing, iProcurement, iExpense, and Fixed Assets. Stream has several projects related to these modules. The Hyperion modules include Essbase and Planning. 2010 projects include significant enhancements to our Planning environment that was initially implemented in late 2009 and implementation of Hyperion Financial Management. Responsibilities: Work with appropriate business owners to translate business information needs into system requirements, modifications, and enhancements. Identify ongoing requirements necessary to implement and maintain existing systems. Act as the primary liaison to user management, vendors and all internal and external personnel required to participate on a project. Monitor project progress and document and report project status to user management. Identify and control all projects scheduled variances. Assure the project goals are met as scheduled. Ensure proper system quality control, security, backup, recovery and performance. Assigns, coordinates, and reviews work of programming personnel. Develops programs from workflow charts or diagrams, considering factors, such as computer storage capacity and speed extent of peripheral equipment, and intended use of output data Analyzes test runs on computer to correct or direct correction of coded program and input data Revises or directs revision of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Prescribes standards for terms and symbols used to simplify interpretation of programs. * ** *Requirements Extensive experience managing the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of Oracle applications, in particular Oracle Finance. Experience in managing the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of Oracle Hyperion applications, in particular Essbase, Planning and Financial Management. Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs. Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment. Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes. Ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development. Ability in project planning through the entire life cycle of a project. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with minimum of 8 years business application development experience. Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
