Job: *Oracle EB Tax module Consultant*

Location: *New York City*

*Skills needed *



Skilled in Oracles EBTax module and the use of EBTax with both Oracle
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables



Ability to work with tax department to understand current tax rules and
interpret those into EBTax rules



Experience in creating and testing EBTax rules related to Accounts



Receivable and Accounts Payables



Ability to recognize and solve tax issues that are found as testing is done.




*Responsibilities of the role: *



Need to work with tax department to have key decision made examples include
direction around tax determination factors, criteria for tax applicability
and what is taxable in the following scenarios: direct pay permit , p-card
transactions, incoming AP invoices from feeder systems, AR transaction
types, and one-time delivery addresses.



Complete the mapping of tax requirements based on the identified drivers.



Then determine how to complete in Oracle the tax rules that will need to be
implemented.



Then configure in Oracle and test the rules to validate that the
configuration matches all the requirements.
