Work with Architects to provide feedback on system capacity / issues - Communication - There will also be some client contact, and some project management skills required *Qualification:* · Must have min 5 years hands-on experience with Business Objects Installation, administration, and support. Hands on experience with Business Objects Enterprise XI R3.1 including Crystal Reports 2008, WEBI, Universe and Report design and Performance Management modules. · Experience in working with Solaris 10, Oracle 11g, DB2, ksh/perl scripting experience required. · Good knowledge of application and web servers like Weblogic10, Apache and Java components. · Ability to troubleshoot problems, performance tuning & analyze performance statistics. · Hands on experience in dealing with product vendors either related to product or issues. · Ability to take owner ship of any issue till it is resolved.
