Siebel CTI Resource
5-7 years experience in configuring, deploying large scale Siebel call
center application
1-3 years configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Siebel Call center
modules CTI
Working knowledge of Telephony systems architecture in call centers,
preferably Avaya CTI systems and IC Servers.
Working knowledge of AIX and windows system administration
Intermediate level knowledge of UNIX shell scripting
