*We need a Lead Android BSP and CDMA Platform software Engineer*

*Position description:*
1. Lead Android BSP and CDMA platform software requirement engineering
process to deliver the statement of compliance on time with high technical
accuracy
2. Collaboration with software and hardware teams and verification engineers
to ensure successful analysis and verification of requirements for platform
software development
3. Participate in and coordinate the platform requirement process to make
sure the platform software requirements are defined timely and effectively
4. Facilitate the technical discussions with platform vendors and partners
in definition and management of platform software requirement
5. Generate accurate and timely requirement compliance status report in
effective communication methods - e.g. verbal, e-mail, wiki, presentation,
documentation

1. Ensure thorough analysis of technical requirements and delivery of high
quality statement of compliance
2. Demonstrate strong expertise and good understanding of standards and
operator requirements based on software architecture knowledge
3. Demonstration of coordination skills and technical leadership in
requirement engineering
4. Efficiently and effectively collaborate with global platform
organizations and local development and verification teams 4. Ensure the
communication and report in verbal and written form are effective, timely,
clear and appropriate with the mutual respect and team spirit in full
consideration.
5. Ensure full compliance to the organization's requirement management
process at the same time proactively proposing and participating in defining
innovative and effective way of working.
*Qualifications:*
* *
1. Bachelor of Science or equivalent required; preferably Computer Science
or Electrical or Electronics Engineering
2. 7+ years of relevant engineering experience required
3. 3+ years of software development experience in mobile devices is
required; experience in mobile platform software development is major plus
4. 2+ years of software project leading and coordination experience is plus
5. 2+ years of software requirement engineering experience based on US
operator requirements is major plus
6. Experience with Android mobile operating systems and/or other high level
mobile platform software is a major plus
7. Experience from SCRUM, test driven development or continuous integration
is a strong plus
8. Experience of GIT as version control system and Gerrit is a strong plus
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
10. Qualcomm mobile platform experience is a major plus
